I grew up in Southern California, born and raised. That's me in my Little League Giants uniform with a dad who was a mechanic and had his own shop. I always needed to know how things worked, so I took apart a lot of things before I learned how to put them back together. It wouldn't take long for me to learn how to rebuild an engine or carburetor.
